Register a return
Want to return an online order? Follow these steps. The return period on the current webshop is 14 days from receipt.
- First check whether your item meets the return conditions.
- Write down your order number, full name and the items you are returning.
- Add these details clearly to the parcel. Without sufficient order information, the return cannot be processed correctly.
- Combining multiple orders in one parcel? Include the order number and corresponding items for each order.
- Pack everything securely. You may use alternative packaging if the original packaging is no longer available.
- Keep your Track & Trace and proof of postage until the return has been fully processed.
Please note: according to the current policy, return shipping costs are at your own expense. Sample Sale and Private Shopping purchases are excluded from returns.
