Order tracking
Where is my order?
According to the current webshop, orders are shipped within two working days at the latest. As soon as your parcel is on its way, you will receive a Track & Trace link by email.
- Open your shipping confirmation.
- Click the Track & Trace link.
- Check the current status with the carrier.
No email received? First check your spam or junk folder. If you still have questions, email info@closetvanval.nl and include your order number.
If a carrier marks a parcel as delivered, also check with neighbours, a service point and any agreed safe places.
