Closet van Val terms and conditions

Ordering and payment

An order is created after the ordering process has been completed and the required payment has been made. Available payment methods may vary and are shown during checkout. Any payment method fees must be shown before the order is confirmed.

Pay later

For payment methods such as Klarna or Riverty, the terms of that payment provider also apply. Issues with an invoice or overdue payment are handled by the relevant payment provider.

Discount codes and gift cards

Discount codes and gift cards must be applied during checkout. They cannot be added retroactively after an order has been confirmed.

Shipping, cancellation and returns

Orders are processed quickly, which means changes or cancellations are often no longer possible after placing the order. Returns are subject to the separate returns policy, including the return period and requirements for the condition of items.

Sample Sales and Private Shopping

The location is not a public shop and can only be visited when Closet van Val explicitly invites customers, for example during Sample Sales or Private Shopping Experiences. Different return conditions may apply to purchases made during these events.

Applicable law

Agreements with Closet van Val are governed by Dutch law, insofar as mandatory consumer law does not provide otherwise.
